About Returns:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received it, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For order placed using social media and channels you must validate the purchase and respond to the email within three business days. You must validate your order at https://www.clubdelinternet.net/account/login.
When you place the order on social media, or using an app via Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or other applications you might receive several messages with different tracking numbers after the order is processed.

When you purchase a product from Club del Internet, two different tracking numbers will be created. If the product is located overseas and coming from the manufacturer abroad the first tracking number will be at the fulfillment center or manufacturer facility who is shipping the products. Second tracking label will be created when the package is delivered by the local carrier near your home or business.
If the product is purchased in the USA or coming from the manufacturer or fulfillment center in the USA or local area, one tracking number will be provided to you.
The tracking information will be provided after processing the order.
The process of the order will take 1-3 business days.
The delivery will take 5 to 15 business days as stated on the statement when you purchase the products.

When you purchase a product from Club del Internet, two different tracking numbers will be created.
1) If the product is located overseas and coming from the manufacturer abroad the first tracking number will be at the fulfillment center or manufacturer facility who is shipping the products. A last Mile Delivery Tracking number will be generated and the postal local office will, UPS, USPS, DHL, Fedex, or Other third party delivery will ship the product/package to your final destination.
2)If the product is purchased in the USA or coming from the manufacturer or fulfillment center in the USA or local area, one tracking number will be provided to you.
The tracking information will be provided after processing the order.

Can I return an item that I bought online to a club?
Most purchases made on clubdelinternet.net may be returned to any Club del Internet location in the United States. If an item purchased online cannot be returned to a Club del Internet location, it will be noted on the product page. Golf carts and vending machines are examples of items purchased online that cannot be returned to a local Club del Internet.
Can I use the online returns process for an item that I bought in a club?
Unfortunately, clubdelinternet.com is unable to process returns for purchases made in a club.
How do I request a return through clubdelinternet.com?
To start a return through clubdelinternet.net, go to under your account, then select Return Item. Print the return label, attach to package and send.
Alternatively, you can call the Member Service Center at 1 (862) 234-9696, and we’ll be ready to assist you. Please have your membership number and order number available.
Will shipping and delivery charges be refunded?
Shipping and delivery charges will be refunded or credited only if the return is a result of an error by Club del Internet or if the item was damaged during shipping.
What if I don't have a receipt?
We prefer your original receipt or printed order, but if that’s not available, we’ll do our best to process your return without it.
Do I need to return the packaging and everything that came with the product?
To obtain a full refund, you may be required to return the product with all product and order contents, including packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.), parts and accessories. This includes promotional gifts, gift cards or shopping cards provided with the purchase. There are some instances in which we may have to deny the refund in full or provide a partial refund if only part of the purchase is returned.
How will I receive my refund?
For items returned to a Club del Internet location, you’ll receive credit or cash in the original form of payment or a Club del Internet shopping card unless prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
For items returned through clubdelinternet.com, you'll receive credit to the account that was charged at the time of purchase.
What is considered a bulk/volume purchase? Is it returnable?
A bulk/volume purchase is defined as a single order of ten (10) units or more of the same item within a 24-hour period; multiple orders of ten (10) units or more of the same item within a 24-hour period; orders of two or more units that exceed $10,000; or five-hundred (500) orders within a rolling twelve (12) month period. Bulk/volume purchases cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturer defects or damage. within 72 hours after delivery for online purchases. Club del Internet members who request online orders to ship to a third-party facility or to a freight forwarder are responsible for auditing and ensuring their orders arrive complete and free of damage.
