Dear customer, some usage suggestions:

1. The charging port is rotated to open, and cannot be pulled;

2. Regarding the battery protection mechanism: it is recommended not to accelerate too fast when using it, it is easy to cause the battery protection mechanism to stop (not work), and it needs to be recharged before it can be used.

3. You can lift the speed limit. When the power is on, press and hold the right brake and accelerator handle at the same time, and the speed limit can be lifted when you hear a "beep" sound. Likewise, you can set a speed limit.

Return Policy

When you purchase a product from Club del Internet, two different tracking numbers will be created.

1) If the product is located overseas and coming from the manufacturer abroad the first tracking number will be at the fulfillment center or manufacturer facility who is shipping the products. Second tracking label will be created when the package is delivered by the local carrier near your home or business.
A last Mile Delivery Tracking number will be generated and the postal local office will, UPS, USPS, DHL, Fedex, or Other third party delivery will ship the product/package to your final destination.

2)If the product is purchased in the USA or coming from the manufacturer or fulfillment center in the USA or local area, one tracking number will be provided to you.
The tracking information will be provided after processing the order.
A. The process of the order will take 1-3 business days.
B. The delivery of the product will take 5 to 15 business days as stated on the statement or receipt, when you purchase the products.
