Return Policy

When you purchase a product from Club del Internet, two different tracking numbers will be created.

1) If the product is located overseas and coming from the manufacturer abroad the first tracking number will be at the fulfillment center or manufacturer facility who is shipping the products. Second tracking label will be created when the package is delivered by the local carrier near your home or business.
A last Mile Delivery Tracking number will be generated and the postal local office will, UPS, USPS, DHL, Fedex, or Other third party delivery will ship the product/package to your final destination.

2)If the product is purchased in the USA or coming from the manufacturer or fulfillment center in the USA or local area, one tracking number will be provided to you.
The tracking information will be provided after processing the order.
A. The process of the order will take 1-3 business days.
B. The delivery of the product will take 5 to 15 business days as stated on the statement or receipt, when you purchase the products.

Different shipping methods are available based on the products purchased and the delivery location. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

Whether the package ends up in the mailbox or directly in the hands of the customer depends on the local post office, and we have no way to interfere.

If it shows that the parcel is signed for, but the customer has not received, there are two main possibilities.:
1. The first delivery failure, the local post office will carry out the second delivery.
2. Parcel is delivered successfully, but the parcel is lost after delivery.

For these two cases, we suggest that the end customer can contact the local post office for inquiry. If not found or have other problems, you can also contact us at any time!
